Non-performance
(in Greek means inability to perform) – is a disorder of purposeful voluntary movements and actions caused by damage to the cerebral cortex. According to the classification of A.R. Lauria, there are four main forms of inability to function, each resulting from a defect in a specific link in the functional system underlying voluntary movements and actions. Loss of motor performance involves the breakdown of the required set of movements, or what is called, according to Loria, (breakdown of the kinetic melody) – (especially in the absence of visual support). In spatial apraxia (or so-called constructive performance failure), movements at different spatial levels are significantly impaired, as well as the ability to solve various tasks that require constructive practice. With the inability to perform motor or dynamic, difficulties arise in performing a series of sequential motor actions underlying different motor skills, and motor repetition occurs. In the case of inability to perform “front” or organizational, there is a failure to comply with the movements of a particular program (formulated as instruction or self-education), speech regulation of voluntary movements and actions is impaired, complex repetitions and performance-echo states appear. Lack of awareness of a person about the incorrectness of his movements. Disrupts oral apraxia, which is the motor basis of speech movements. |
