Organize the education and upbringing of children with special educational needs in separate educational institutions depending on the nature and severity of the disorders. The educational institution is selected by parents based on the recommendations of the Psychological, Medical and Pedagogical Committee (PMPC). In Russia there is a network of educational institutions that implement basic general education programs adapted to children with hearing, visual, speech, musculoskeletal disabilities, developmental delays and intellectual retardation. In addition Any child with special needs can be educated in inclusive environments (see Inclusive Education).
