the concept of psychological well-being developed by Martin Seligman. According to this model, the components of well-being are:
1) Positive emotions: a wide range of emotions, not limited only to happiness and pleasure;
2) Involvement: participation in activities that correspond to interests;
3) Meaning: the purpose and answer to the questions “why?” and “why?”;
4) Relationships with people: relationships of any nature fill a person with positive emotions;
5) Achievements: striving for success and mastery.
