one’s own needs, but also the needs of other people;
4) the ability to build effective productive relationships with others is due to communicative and conflict competence, developed emotional intelligence, understanding that
life difficulties are an inevitable part of human life, overcoming which a person becomes more confident, more mature, wiser.
