Holland (Holland) test

a popular method for determining the professional personality type, based on the theoretical developments of the American psychologist John Holland.
The RIASEC model, proposed by Holland in the 1950s, describes six personality types: realistic (R), exploratory (I), artistic (A), social (S), adventurous (E), and traditional (C). Each type corresponds to the type of activity to which a person of this type has the greatest predisposition and abilities. The scheme proved successful and is still widely used in Western countries for career guidance for young people, in the corporate sector, and even in the US Department of Labor.
