The oldest and most famous of the projective psychodiagnostic tests. The technique was published in 1921 by the Swiss psychiatrist and psychologist Hermann Rorschach and is still used to study the psyche and its disorders. Despite the fact that the validity and effectiveness of the technique have not been definitively confirmed, in the hands of an experienced psychologist or psychiatrist, the test helps to obtain preliminary data for the diagnosis of mental disorders, which can later be clinically tested. The key element of the technique is an experienced psychologist, unfortunately, the exceptional popularity of the Rorschach test has led to the emergence of a large number of fakes and scammers using it.
