The purpose of such content is to provide psychological tools aimed at improving the mental and physical well-being of users. From a psychological perspective, psychologically supportive digital content can contribute to building emotional resilience by helping people deal with negative emotions in healthy ways. However, in some cases, excessive use of such content can lead to feelings of technology addiction rather than developing healthy ways of coping with emotions.
