Alexithymia

Dyskeletia or alexithymia: a term proposed in 1969 by physician Peter Emanuel Sifneos (1920–2008), which is derived from the Greek:
a (negation tool) + lexis (word) + thymos (feeling or emotion),
It means that an individual’s inability to perceive their own feelings and sensations is impaired, and that they are unable to express them verbally or emotionally appropriately.
Alexithymia is often accompanied by psychosomatic disorders.
