A condition in which the pupils of the eyes are of different sizes. Such a difference can be congenital or occur due to diseases or damage to the nervous system, eyes or blood vessels. Anisocoria can be a sign of serious neurological problems, such as head injuries, strokes, tumors, or glaucoma, and requires a medical examination.
