Automation of training
A stage in which a learner has mastered a skill or knowledge to such an extent that its application is automatic, requiring little mental effort or conscious concentration. For example, when a child is able to automatically read words without writing them down, or to quickly perform simple arithmetic operations without the use of aids, these skills are considered automated. Automation is essential for freeing up a student’s mental resources to focus on more complex tasks such as analysis, inference, and problem solving. Achieving this stage requires repeated practice and structured feedback and is an important goal of forming long-term educational competence.
