Belbin Team Role Self-Perception Inventory (BTRSPI)
a diagnostic questionnaire of self-perception, which was developed by the British psychologist Raymond M. Belbin on the basis of his own concept of team roles. According to this concept, a team is most effective when it is heterogeneous and consists of people with different abilities, ways of thinking and behaving. As a result of the research, Belbin identified eight team roles, the level of severity of which is measured by the questionnaire.
