Capgras syndrome
A neurological disorder in which the patient mistakenly believes that close people or objects have been replaced or copied, The patient can also claim that the bad deeds attributed to his authorship were committed by his counterpart, who is just like him. It was first prescribed by the French psychiatrist Joseph Capgras (1873-1950) in 1923.
