Consequences of noise exposure
those phenomena that occur with prolonged and/or repeated exposure to loud sounds:
1) Gradual hearing loss: Constant exposure to sounds above 85 decibels damages inner ear cells.
2) Cardiovascular diseases: high blood pressure and heart palpitations as a result of constant stress from noise exposure.
3) Weakening of the immune system: as a result of the secretion of stress hormones (adrenaline and cortisol).
4) Sleep disorders: Night noise disrupts the sleep cycle, leading to chronic fatigue and decreased concentration.
