Content analysis in negotiations
systematic quantitative and qualitative analysis of the content of text documents in order to identify stable patterns, frequency of use of certain categories, themes and stylistic devices. Content analysis (content analysis) can be used in negotiations to study and interpret the content of communicative messages that are involved in the process. The goal is to identify patterns, trends and meanings that appear in texts related to negotiations.
Content analysis allows:
1) to assess the quantitative characteristics of texts, for example, the frequency of mentions of certain topics;
2) to identify hidden connections between various elements of the text;
3) classify and categorize information for subsequent analysis.
