Coordination of movements

control of the work of individual muscle groups; is carried out when a certain task is achieved in real time and space. In the formation of motor skill, there is a modification of the coordination of movements, including the mastery of the inertial characteristics of moving organs. At the initial stages, control is carried out primarily due to the active static fixation of these organs, then due to short phasic impulses that are directed at the necessary moment to a certain muscle, and at the final stages of the formation of the skill, there is already the use of the arising inertial movements, which are now directed to solving problems. In the formed dynamically stable movement, all inertial movements are automatically balanced without producing special impulses for correction.
