Corticobasal syndrome (CHD)
A clinical neurological condition characterized by asymmetric motor symptoms such as rigidity, dystonia, apraxia, and myoclonus, accompanied by cognitive impairment. CHD is often associated with the pathology of corticobasal degeneration, but can also occur in other neurodegenerative diseases.
