Deep Agraphia

A form of acquired writing disorder in which difficulties in writing words, especially abstract ones, are expressed, while concrete and figurative words can be reproduced more accurately. It is accompanied by semantic errors (for example, writing a dog instead of a cat) and difficulties in writing unfamiliar or irregular words. It occurs when the lexical and semantic path of writing is affected and is often combined with profound dyslexia. It is usually associated with damage to the areas of the brain surrounding the Sylvian sulcus of the left hemisphere of the brain
