Dembo-Rubinstein method
a widespread method of self-assessment of personal qualities, based on direct assessment. The respondents are asked to mark with certain signs the level of development of certain qualities (self-esteem) and the desired level of development of the same qualities (the level of ambitions) with certain signs.
In the initial method, it is not so much the numerical values that are important, but the analysis of the conversation between the psychologist and the subject during the task.
