Diagnostic significance of dysgraphia

Early detection allows for intervention programs aimed at developing fine motor skills and inner speech, as well as improving writing skills. The diagnostic significance of dysgraphia (writing disorders) lies in the identification of persistent, typical and repetitive errors in writing. This allows: 1) To determine the severity, nature and type of disorders. This helps to choose the directions of corrective speech therapy work.
