Diagnostics of organizational culture
This is the process of assessing the state of the organization’s culture, aimed at identifying problems and identifying areas for their possible solution. Includes gathering organizational culture information, analyzing data, and drawing conclusions for potential changes and improvements. Diagnostics take into account, for example:
1) value orientations;
2) the goals of the organization;
3) social norms;
4) traditions;
5) the mission of the organization.
