Disruptive professional development
changes in the personality of a professional that violate the integrity of the personality, reduce its adaptability and efficiency of labor activity. Professionalization of a person inevitably generates the formation of qualities that have a destructive effect on the productivity of activity. According to E. E. Symanyuk, destructive professional development is a mismatch of professionally conditioned personality structures, professional disintegration of the personality. This phenomenon develops as a result of narrow specialization of the personality, which is accompanied by excessive exploitation of a rather limited set (ensemble) of qualities and properties. This generates a narrowing of professional experience and a shift in motive to goal.
