Dynamic stereotype

a stable system of conditioned reflex connections, which is formed in response to repetitive external stimuli. This phenomenon was studied in detail by Ivan Petrovich Pavlov in his studies of conditioned reflexes. Dynamic stereotypes make it easier to perform habitual actions, saving mental and physical energy. The name “dynamic” in Pavlov’s research denotes the possibility of its change, disruption and reverse recovery.
