A system of educational and counselling services provided to students in the early stages of their studies to help them discover their interests, abilities and career aspirations, as well as to guide them towards appropriate educational and professional paths. These programmes include research activities, seminars, aptitude and interest tests, visits to professional institutions, meetings with specialists and simulations of work situations. These programs promote students’ self-awareness, allowing them to make informed decisions and reducing levels of frustration and career changes in the future.
