1) Physical limitations: such as crowded homes, traffic jams, lack of natural resources, or limited green spaces.
2) Social restrictions: laws, customs, traditions, social expectations and social pressures.
3) Economic constraints: poverty, unemployment, limited opportunities and high cost of living.
4) Political and institutional constraints: systems and laws that restrict freedom of movement or opportunities for development.
