Extracapability catalyst
a participant in inclusive interaction, whose special life or cognitive conditions become a factor that contributes to the disclosure of new potential in other participants. The catalytic effect manifests itself in changing attitudes, expanding the boundaries of perception and developing adaptation, empathy or creativity skills. The term was proposed by the international Extrability movement (see Extrability Movement in Chapter 5: Famous Scientists, Their Scientific Schools and Organizations in Psychological Science).
