local, differentiated sets of family roles that allow selectively performing certain functions. Some types of subsystems:
1) Marital (interaction of spouses);
2) Parental (unites family members whose interaction is related to the performance of parental functions);
3) Sibling (consists of brothers and sisters);
4) Child-parent (represented by family members belonging to different generations).
