Farsightedness
(from Gr. – hyperactive and metron-measured, operations – eye) – vision impairment caused by refractive anomalies, where light rays converge, due to insufficient refraction of the eye media, Behind the retina. High farsightedness scores (10.0 d and above) are one of the causes of poor vision.
