Field theory

Kurt Lewin’s concept, which considers a person and groups of people as a complex tense system (dynamic field). The theory states that human behavior is explained by the sum of the forces acting on him in the “psychological field” or environment. Lewin’s famous formula: Behavior = Personality + Environment – meaning that behavior is a consequence of both personality and environmental influences.
