Frontal Brain Behavioral Function Scale (FrSBe)

A standardized questionnaire to identify behavioral changes associated with frontal lobe dysfunction in three areas: apathy, disinhibition and executive dysfunction. Completed by the patient and/or informant, includes an assessment of current and pre-illness behaviors to quantify changes. It is used for TBI, stroke, dementia (including frontotemporal) and other conditions affecting the frontal systems.
