Group dynamics in training
This is the process of interaction between group members during joint work, which is characterized by changes that have occurred in the group during a given period of time. It includes communication, role assignment, conflict resolution, and the development of group norms. Group dynamics help the trainer to influence the processes that arise among the participants and use the energy of the group to achieve the goals of training. There are four stages of the development of group dynamics in training:
3) Stable work of the group – maximum efficiency, when the whole group is focused on achieving the goal. Participants trust each other and are ready to cooperate. The task of the trainer is to maintain the performance of the group, disclose the most complex information, and give objective feedback.
