Group interaction
the process of direct or indirect influence of multiple objects (subjects) on each other, generating their mutual conditionality and connection; occurs both between parts of groups and between whole groups. It acts as an integrating factor that contributes to the formation of structures. Thus, during the interaction of members of a newly created group, signs appear that characterize this group as an interconnected stable structure of a certain level of development. The structuring of the group is manifested in status relations, in the action of norms of behavior and interaction recognized by all members of the group, in group goals and values. Such types of group interaction as community, competition and conflict are known.
