Harmful environment

an environment that contains elements that negatively affect an individual or society, hinder growth and development, increase stress and psychological pressure, and generate feelings of discomfort, fear, or lack of belonging. It is an environment that lacks support and motivation, that contains factors that threaten physical and mental health, and that limits a person’s ability to adapt, learn and create. Characteristics of a harmful environment:
1) Psychological stress and tension: conditions that cause anxiety, fear, frustration or psychological isolation, which reduces the ability to concentrate and make decisions.
2) Insecurity: This includes physical or psychological threats, whether violence, intimidation, neglect, or poor health and social protection.
3) Inadequate social support: Poor positive relationships, lack of cooperation, or mutual respect, which makes the person feel lonely or isolated.
4) Constraints and barriers: lack of opportunities for learning and development, restrictions on freedom of expression, initiative and creativity.
5) Chaos or poor organization: Unclear rules, lack of order, or conflicting norms and values lead to a sense of instability.
