Health Risk Assessment
the process of qualitative and quantitative analysis of factors that can negatively affect the physical and mental health of a person. It includes the identification and assessment of the impact of biological, behavioral, psychosocial and environmental risk factors in order to predict the likelihood of developing diseases and develop recommendations for their prevention. In a psychological context, risk assessment is aimed at making a person aware of his or her own state of health, motivating him to change behavior and form a healthy lifestyle, taking into account psychological aspects such as stress, emotional state and willingness to change.
