Humanization of Education
“humanization” of the educational process. It means such a structure of the educational process, in which the child, the personality is the goal of this process, and the process itself is the means. There are psychological-pedagogical and professional-pedagogical interpretations of the idea of humanization of education, which consists in the following: – psychological and pedagogical – in the dominance of the personal-personal approach over the individual. It means such an organization of the educational process in which the child feels himself not just a social being, a personality, but an “individuality”, “person”, “significant personality”. – professional and pedagogical – in the organization of conditions under which each participant in the educational process is created a “situation of success”, which allows him to fully realize his or her capabilities and constantly see an optimistic prospect for further development.
