The causes of its appearance can be: – organic lesions of the central nervous system – perinatal hypoxia, neuroinfections, intoxications, craniocerebral injuries; – genetic factors leading to dysfunction of the neurotransmitter systems of the brain and to disorders of regulation of attention, activation and inhibitory control.
