Inter-Inclusive Interaction
A form of partnership communication between participants with different personal, cognitive or social characteristics, in which each subject simultaneously acts as both a learner and a teacher. Such interaction is aimed at developing mutual respect, sharing experiences and expanding adaptive strategies through the recognition of differences as a resource. The term was proposed by the international Extrability movement (see Extrability Movement in Chapter 5: Famous Scientists, Their Scientific Schools and Organizations in Psychological Science).
