Interdependence

A state of interdependence between individuals or groups in which their interests and needs are so intertwined that the success of one person depends on the success of another. In human relationships, interdependence is the basis of cooperation and mutual respect, as it emphasizes the value and role of each person in the relationship. In interpersonal communication, interdependence fosters trust and openness, making dialogue more constructive, as both parties recognize their common interests and that success requires a true partnership based on mutual support.
