Job satisfaction
the state of balance of the employee’s requirements to the content, nature and conditions of work, as well as the subjective assessment of the possibilities of fulfilling these requests. A distinction is made between general job satisfaction (integrated assessment of the employee’s work) and partial satisfaction (assessment of individual aspects of work, its conditions and remuneration for it). High satisfaction is characterized by a positive, constructive attitude to work on the part of employees, which is manifested in diligence, a high degree of responsibility for the work performed, and the desire to do it as well as possible. Dissatisfaction is manifested in low labor results, high staff turnover, and its instability.
