First of all, the ability to self-care, movement, housekeeping, material and living conditions are assessed; orientation in the social environment, the level of knowledge and skills that a person with a disability possesses, the ability to use them when solving professional, domestic, personal, social and other issues in everyday activities. The level of cultural development, the breadth of outlook, the activity of activity in society, the ability of an individual to interact with the people around him in the system of interpersonal relations are determined. Receive data on the level of general and vocational education, existing restrictions in training; professional status, degree of qualification, professional knowledge, skills and interests.
