A phenomenon in relationships in which a woman takes on invisible emotional and organizational work to maintain the psychological comfort, everyday life and social life of a man, often to the detriment of her own needs and resources. It is a form of emotional labor (in fact, exploitation) that remains unrecognized and unfairly distributed. This phenomenon is about the imbalance that exacerbates gender inequality.
