Motor agnosia
Inability to recognize movements or actions despite being able to see or feel movement. It occurs due to dysfunction of areas of the cerebral cortex associated with the planning and execution of movements, such as the motor and frontal cortex. Examples: Inability to recognize another person’s movements or use tools correctly Consequences: Impairs motor learning, social interaction, and activities of daily living that require motor coordination. The child needs programs for teaching movement and movement planning.
