Muddy Resilience Test (Personal Views Survey, PVS III-R)
Diagnostic psychological test, which was developed as part of the study of factors that contribute to successful coping with stress and reducing internal tension. Hardiness is defined as a kind of existential courage that allows a person to be less dependent on situational experiences, to overcome constant basic anxiety that is actualized in a situation of uncertainty and the need to choose. There are a large number of versions of this test, among which there are full (45 questions), short (24 questions) and screening (12 questions).
