Multivariate methodology

Simultaneous study of several variables to understand the relationship and interaction between them in order to study complex relationships between variables and test hypotheses involving multiple and overlapping influences. Examples include: examining the relationship between stress, sleep duration, and student achievement, and the effects of lighting, noise, and ventilation on work performance using multiple regression, multiple analysis of variance, and factor analysis.
