Neurotypical Person

an individual whose neural and behavioral characteristics correspond to the norms of development, perception and social adaptation accepted in society. The term is used in the context of neurodiversity to refer to people without neurodifferences, such as autism, ADHD, or dyslexia. Neurotypicality does not mean “normality” in the absolute sense, but only indicates that the cognitive and communicative characteristics of a person fit into the dominant ideas about typical development.
