Objective needs
a socio-philosophical category that denotes a set of factors, conditions and prerequisites necessary for the normal life of a social subject. Each subject, whether it is an individual, a social community, an institution or an organization, has objective needs of four types:
1) vital needs
2) needs for functioning – factors that make up the ability to act, and circumstances that allow this ability to be adequately manifested;
3) development needs – the presence of factors and conditions that contribute to stage irreversible change;
4) the needs of progress – the presence of incentives, opportunities to improve, enrich the existing potential.
