Occupational Mental Hygiene (Industrial Mental Hygiene)
a section of mental hygiene that studies the influence of types and conditions of work on the mental health of a person. The tasks of occupational psychohygiene include: optimization of workloads to maintain high performance and prevent fatigue; strengthening mental health in free time (during regulated breaks during working hours and after work). The goal is to preserve the mental health of the employee.
