Optimal Experience

A form of state of mind in which a person experiences happiness and enjoys what he does. This type of experience helps to improve the perception of life and transfer a person to a qualitatively new level of perception of the world. The reason for the qualitative growth of the personality is the conservation of energy, and not its waste on the achievement of external goals. By learning to control their experiences, people gain control over the quality of their lives. To improve the standard of living, it is necessary to learn to mobilize mental energy and maintain a focus on the goals set, without paying attention to distractions from external factors.
