Organizational Psychology
a branch of psychological science and practice that studies the patterns of individual and group behavior of people in an organization in order to simultaneously identify and provide conditions for improving the efficiency of organizations and the well-being of their employees. Organizational psychology focuses on three levels of organization: individual, group, and the level of the organization as a whole. Organizational psychology promotes the application of psychological theories and research techniques to the problems of organization, management, and business. It touches on the issues of recruitment, motivation, training and development of employees, organizational behavior, etc.
