Pathological development of personality
It occurs as a result of various mental or chronic somatic diseases – chronic alcoholism, craniocerebral injuries, schizophrenia, epilepsy, infection, intoxication. He manifests himself in a disharmonious temperament and behavior, from which both the person himself and others suffer. The most common is increased temper, reaching outbursts of anger and rage. In other cases, there is self-doubt, a decrease in mental and physical activity, aspontaneity or insensitivity, fanaticism and perseverance. Depending on the prevailing characterological manifestations, various types of psychopathic disorders are distinguished.
