a conclusion made on the basis of a comprehensive study and careful observation about the child’s condition in order to make a decision on the direction of pedagogical influence on its manifestations. For a child with disabilities, the opportunity to receive education and proper upbringing is of great importance, for which the following is identified:
1) the level of individual development of the child, taking into account his age and adaptive capabilities in the environment;
2) individual deviations of the child (sphere and level) and the social problems that have arisen in connection with them in development, upbringing and self-realization;
3) individual characteristics of the child, his positive potential, containing potential opportunities for compensatory or most expedient overcoming of deficiencies in development, self-development, upbringing, professional training and self-realization.
